Veluce is committed to transparent billing. The operating entity is established in Wyoming, United States. This policy explains how recurring and one-time products are charged, how cancellation works, and how refunds, mandatory consumer rights, and AI Shield service credits are handled.
2. Default Refund Rule
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, paid purchases are generally non-refundable once service access or delivery has begun.
- โบRecurring subscriptions: charges for current/elapsed billing periods are generally non-refundable.
- โบOne-time digital deliveries: generally non-refundable after successful delivery or use.
- โบMid-cycle cancellations: stop future renewals but do not create pro-rata refunds by default.
- โบAUP violations: suspended or terminated abusive accounts remain non-refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
3. Mandatory Consumer Rights
If your jurisdiction provides non-waivable consumer protections (including cooling-off or withdrawal rights), those rights apply.
- โบLegal carve-out: where required by law, we will provide refunds, reversals, or statutory remedies notwithstanding this policy.
- โบImmediate performance notice: if you request immediate activation/delivery of digital services or digital content, performance may begin before any withdrawal period ends, and withdrawal rights may be reduced or lost to the extent permitted by law once performance has started or completed.
4. Regional Eligibility & Compliance Holds
Order acceptance is subject to country/region eligibility and sanctions restrictions where required by applicable law. If an order is blocked before service delivery due to legal restrictions, we will not fulfill the order and will issue any required reversal or cancellation of the pending charge according to applicable law and payment-network rules.
5. AI Shield Service Credits (Not Refunds)
If your case qualifies under the AI Shield Guarantee (Pro, Ultra, Team), you may receive service credits and limited compensation as defined in our Terms of Service. AI Shield is a structured compensation mechanism and is not a refund of Veluce subscription fees.
6. Renewal & Cancellation
Recurring subscriptions (Secure Access) renew only where renewal terms were explicitly disclosed and accepted at purchase. You may cancel before the next cycle to stop future renewals.
7. Billing Error Handling
If you believe you were charged incorrectly (for example, duplicate or unauthorized charges), contact us promptly at support@veluce.io with supporting details so we can investigate and provide any legally required remedy.
